Mobile Banking through OCCU Mobile is provided to Orange County's Credit Union Members free of charge. However, it is important to note that your mobile carrier may impose text messaging and/or web access charges. Membership in Orange County's Credit Union is open to individuals residing or working in Orange or Riverside Counties, CA, as well as the neighboring communities of Long Beach, Lakewood, Cerritos, or Signal Hill.
